The Position As Data analyst, your main priority is to support your team with analysing data, systematic problem solving and expansion of our data platform which today is an Alteryx and Tableau solution.
You will be:

helping the team in defining key performance indicators of our processes linking them to our digital performance boards and aiding our lean leadership journey through continuous feedback, coaching and participation at the board meetings.

identifying and driving improvement projects aiming at standardising, optimising, and simplifying processes within shopfloor and support functions.

driving activities, coaching, and facilitating and you further encourage your colleagues in developing and maintaining lean leadership behaviour and excellent problem-solving skills.
